OFOC meetings

Chairs are assigned on a rotating basis. The chair should create agenda, host call, clean up minutes, etc. We have been keeping minutes using Google Docs in the “obo-operations-meetings” shared folder (access restricted to committee members). If you are unable to chair the call assigned to you, please find someone to take your place or trade with you.
